Where shall I meet my driver?

After you have collected your baggage, go to the Arrivals hall where our driver will be waiting for you with a signboard with your name on it.

If you fail to find your driver, please contact us by phone, available 24/7 (+34 681294120). Please, do not leave the Arrivals hall.

Don't worry, our staff checks the information on every flight or train, and has the details of your arrival and possible delays.

The time of departure for the airport will be coordinated with you and your group so that you will be at the airport two hours before departure.

In case of delay during collecting your baggage, the customer should contact us on the phone number that we put at your disposal 24 hours (+34 681294120). Otherwise, after an hour of the arrival of the flight/train the driver will make as end the waiting time. 

The price of the reservation includes one piece of hand baggage of up to 10 kg, and a piece of checked-in baggage of up to 32 kg per person. Each piece of baggage in excess of the specified above shall be charged at 10 EUR.

There are no additional charges for payment by card.

Yes, you have to print out the reservation confirmation or store it on a portable device, so that you can show it to our driver later.

Yes, you can make your reservation now and pay by bank transfer within the next 24 hours. If you fail to make the payment within the said period of time, your reservation will be cancelled.
